How to Reset cPanel/WHM Password from Client Area

If you’ve forgotten your cPanel or WHM password, you don’t need to worry. You can easily reset it anytime from your Client Area. Follow the steps below to set a new password.


  • Go to our client portal and log in using your registered email address and password.

  • From the main dashboard, click on Product and Services in the navigation menu.

  • Click on your active service for which you want to change the password.

  • After clicking on your active hosting service, you’ll see the service details page.
  • On the left, details like Username, Nameservers, and IP are displayed.
  • On the right, you’ll see the Login to Control Panel option (using this option, you can log in to cPanel directly no login details required).
  • When you scroll down a little, you will find an option to Change Password.

  • Click on Reset Password.
  • Enter a strong new password (this will be your new cPanel password).
  • Confirm and save the changes.

  • Once the password reset is successful, you can log in to cPanel/WHM using your username and the new password you just set.
  • You can access cPanel in the following ways:
    • domain.com/cpanel
    • domain.com:2083
    • Your server’s host URL (provided in your service details).
  • You can also log in directly from the Client Area shortcut (see Step 4, point 3).

  • Password reset takes effect immediately.
  • Always use a strong password (mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols).
