How to reset Client Area password

Forgot your password? No worries!

Resetting your Client Area password is quick and easy.

Step 1: Visit the Client Area Login Page

Go to your client area login page:

Step 2: Click “Forgot Password?”

1. On the login screen, click the “Forgot your password?” link just below the login form.

2. You’ll be redirected to a password reset form.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

1. Type the email address associated with your hosting account.
2. Click the Send reset link button.

A reset password link will be sent to your registered email address.

📌 Important: Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes.

Step 4: Open the Email and Click the Link

1. Open the email with the subject like: “Password Reset Request”.
2. Click on the Reset Password button or link in the email.

You’ll be taken to a secure page where you can set a new password.

Step 5: Create a New Password

1. Enter your new password.
2. Confirm it by typing it again.
3. Click Reset Password to complete the process.

You’ll see a confirmation message, and then you can log in to the client area using your new password.
